DSF2 - Delivery Sequence File Generation Two

DSF2 with Delivery Point Validation (DPV) checks the integrity of your mailing addresses by matching them against the U.S. Postal Service master database of every delivery point in the United States. It tells you which of your addresses are valid and which are not.

DSF2 service is considerably more precise in determining deliverability than CASS standardization. It also includes Delivery Sequence Coding which allows placement of mail pieces in the exact order the mail carrier travels.

Note that with additional postal presorting a DSF2 processed list can be eligible for significant postal discounts.

    The U.S. Postal Service requires recipients of DSF2 services to complete a Processing Acknowledgement Form (PAF) once each year. Updates can not be processed until this form is returned to us. Fax completed forms to 818-480-4391.
