Your data is processed through our proprietary database merge/purge software developed over 20 years. This provides very high match rates and exceptional accuracy by utilizing advanced algorithmic matching logic that takes into account nicknames, spelling variations, phonetics and common typos. You also receive household coding which identifies records belonging to the same household or business.

With Premium Merge/Purge service a data professional will also go through your data by hand to examine close matches and to identify duplications not picked up by the software (an important double check). Additionally, Premium service can be used if your project requires special programming.

Merge/Purge is an essential list maintenance tool and includes Preprocessing Optimization, a friendly return file and easy-to-read statistics on your Merge/Purge processing service. Three business day turnaround.
