Based on a U.S. Postal Service (USPS) approved matching process, DSF2 service identifies inaccurate and incomplete addresses on mailing lists by validating them against the USPS master database of all 165+ million delivery points.
DSF2 processing additionally provides other important address attributes allowing for more targeted mailings. It classifies addresses as residential or business, identifies the delivery type and flags seasonal and vacant addresses.
DSF2 further appends mail codes that can be used to qualify for USPS Enhanced Carrier Route (ECR) Basic, High Density and Saturation postal discounts. These include Pseudo Delivery Sequence Numbers for walk sequence postal presort discounts and Enhanced Line of Travel codes (eLOT).
With DSF2 you also receive additional services to enhance your mailing lists: Address Standardization with CASS certification, Delivery Point Validation (DPV) and Locatable Address Conversion System updates (LACSLink).
What else is special about our DSF2 service? To maximize results each file is checked before processing to look for problems. The input data is optimized for the best outcome.
