NCOALink – National Change of Address (also known as NCOA) – helps keep track of the more than one in seven Americans who move each year as well as checks the overall integrity of mailing addresses.

Over 40 million Americans change their address annually which creates formidable obstacles in maintaining high-quality mailing lists. NCOALink makes change-of-address information available to mailers to help reduce undeliverable mail pieces before they enter the mail stream.

NCOALink updates individual, family, business and organization address changes going back 48 months by taking advantage of a U.S. Postal Service (USPS) maintained database containing approximately 160 million permanent change-of-address registrations.

In addition to move updates, NCOALink incorporates additional services to validate and enhance mailing lists: Address Standardization with CASS certification, Delivery Point Validation (DPV) and Locatable Address Conversion System updates (LACSLink).

The U.S. Postal Service requires each NCOALink customer to complete a Processing Acknowledgement Form once every 12 months. A link to this form and instructions will be sent with your order confirmation.
