XCOA – eXtended Change of Address

XCOA – eXtended Change of Address – updates mailing lists with move information not covered by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and increases change-of-address coverage to five years (compared to four years for NCOALink – National Change of Address).

Unlike NCOALink, which is exclusively controlled by the USPS, the proprietary XCOA database is generated from approximately 25 private sources and includes nearly 35 million individual, family, business and organization relocations derived from magazine subscriptions, catalog houses, insurance agencies, credit companies and other sources.

In addition to move updates, XCOA incorporates additional services to validate and enhance mailing lists: Address Standardization with CASS certification, Delivery Point Validation (DPV) and Locatable Address Conversion System updates (LACSLink).

XCOA – eXtended Change of Address combined with NCOALink is the best approach to move update maintenance.

Each XCOA customer is required to complete a Processing Acknowledgement Form once every 12 months. A link to this form and instructions will be sent with your order confirmation.
