Merge/Purge Services are our trademarked specialty. They are used to identify duplicate records in one list or among multiple lists as well as to provide coding for householding. Merge/Purge is an essential list maintenance tool and one of the most effective methods of reducing marketing costs and increasing the overall effectiveness of house files.

Your data is processed through our proprietary merge/purge dedupe software providing very high match rates and exceptional accuracy. This is accomplished by utilizing our own sophisticated algorithmic matching logic that takes into account nicknames, spelling variations, phonetics and common typos.

With Merge/Purge Services, you also receive Household Coding which identifies records belonging to the same household, business or organization.

Two flavors of Merge/Purge are available. In addition to our standard version, which provides you with all the information you need to easily merge or purge duplicated records, or combine same household records, we also have a custom version where we do this additional post-processing work for you.
