Telephone Services

Telephone Services are used to validate call lists and update records that have outdated, invalid or missing telephone number information. It is an essential part of any telemarketing program and a wide range of services is offered.

Telephone append services add telephone numbers while telephone verify services check the accuracy of numbers already on your lists.

Telephone append and verify can be purchased as a combined service which can lower processing costs substantially because both services then fall under one minimum, and you do not pay an append rate for telephone numbers you already have.

Reverse telephone append services provide available name and address information based on telephone numbers you supply.

Several services can be purchased is any of three flavors: Standard, based on residential directory sources; Premium, which includes additional coverage from proprietary non-directory consumer sources, helping pick up a percentage of unlisted, cell and other non-white pages telephone numbers; and Business, based on business directory sources.

Additional services are available to update and correct Area Codes as well as to flag telephone numbers on Do-Not-Call lists.
