DNC service matches your telephone numbers against the federal DNC list maintained by the FTC as well as against state-regulated lists and the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) Telephone Preference Service (TPS) mail suppression list.

What else is special about our DNC service? To maximize results each file is checked before processing to look for problems. The input data is optimized for the best outcome.

Most telemarketers should not call telephone numbers that have been on the National Do-Not-Call Registry for 31 days. In many cases individuals can file a complaint about such calls, and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and some states, can issue fines. Political organizations, most charities and telephone surveyors are exempt from federal DNC requirements. See the FTC website for details.

Note that TPS processing will phase out October 31, 2011, except for the states of Pennsylvania, Maine and Wyoming where it functions as the official state do-not-call list.
