DNC Paperwork Requirements

Customers will need to have or acquire all necessary paperwork to receive DNC – Do-Not-Call service. This includes:

• For federal DNC:
  • List owner must be registered with the FTC
  • List owner must have a valid Subscription Account Number
  • List owner must have a valid Authorization Code
  • We must also know if the list owner is authorized for the national list or which specific Area Codes
• For state-regulated DNC the list owner must provide an Affidavit of Compliance when applicable
• An Affidavit of Exemption is required when applicable
• A Processing Acknowledgement Form must be completed once every 12 months – a link to this form and instructions will be sent with your order confirmation
